Before Champify, how did you try to track job changes?

LinkedIn doesn't make it easy. They allegedly launched some tech. We looked at it, it didn't work. 

We've tried other companies in this space that track everybody, from every account, and it's like a lot of noise. 

It doesn't feel like it should, where it's really spearfishing for like the perfect user of your actual tool, your actual champions.
