Introduce yourself:

Hello everybody. My name's Kyle Coleman. I'm the SVP of Marketing here at Clari.  

Why explore Champify?

We knew that a secret sauce in selling Clari from a new customer standpoint was accelerated when we knew that there were former Clari users at that company. 

The Challenge:

We were bending over backwards to get all these different means of finding “Who are these people?” Where are there folks leaving our current customers and going and starting at new companies, and then how can we engage with them? 

We had all these different processes:

  • trying to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • trying to use our CRM
  • trying to leverage the brains of our customer success managers

None of those solutions were comprehensive enough for us to capture all of the folks that were moving jobs, moving roles, moving companies. 

And so, we evaluated and brought on Champify about three or four months ago, and the results have been fantastic.

We're saving our sales team and all the other folks I mentioned a bunch of time, and saving them a bunch of headaches. 

I think we've gotten over 10,000 new contacts from our current customers that are now at new companies, and it's all automated inside of our CRM, so the process is super smooth. We've generated easily seven figures of pipeline, and most importantly, in the first quarter of us deploying Champify, we sourced the biggest new logo deal of all time at Clari.

Clari’s been around for 10 years. We've got some big deals, we've got a lot of enterprise companies, as customers. 

But, the biggest deal of all time came from us seeing via Champify, one of our best customers moved to a new enterprise company. Boom, we engaged and we closed the biggest deal of all time in Clari’s history in a record short amount of time, and it's all enabled by Champify. 

What’s Next?

So far, so good, but we’re still in early stages. We expect a lot of great outcomes in the future, but I’m a huge proponent of what this can do for you and your company, your outbound team, your inbound programs, and everything in between.
